CHARACTERISTICS – DURABILITY OF TZ/TZE LABELS

1 – Anti-scratch: The device weighs 1Kg and creates friction on the surface of the TZe label. After 50 times of rubbing, the text below the label remains unaffected. Labels without protective film like Brother, the content will quickly be lost.

2 – High adhesion: Standard and super-adhesive labels are applied to a variety of surfaces within 30 minutes. Adhesion is tested by attempting to separate the label from the applied surface at an angle of 180 degrees. Both types of labels adhere firmly to the surface, in which the super-adhesive label has higher adhesion than 50% compared to standard labels.

3 – Resistant to chemical solvents: After being printed, the label is dipped into many types of solutions within 2 hours and there is no change in label quality.

4 – Prevent discoloration: Many types of labels with different colors were glued to a metal plate and placed in a room at a temperature of 83 degrees Celsius to simulate 1 year of sunlight exposure. After testing, the label color and content do not change.

5 – Heat resistant: After 240 hours of placing labels at temperatures of -80 degrees Celsius and 150 degrees Celsius, label quality does not change. Matte silver labels are the type of label with the highest heat resistance
